Real Estate in Enterprise: Current State of Single Family Home Market


In the current state of the local real estate market in Enterprise, there does not seem to be a lot of available inventory and many homes are selling for more than the price they originally listed for.  It's definitely a seller's market right now.  But will that hold fast for awhile?

According to, there are currently 236 single family homes listed for sale in Enterprise, Nevada.  They range in price from $254k for a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath at 7457 Vernal Street to $12 Million for a 9 bedroom, 10.5+ bath, 18,210 square foot estate on a 1.36 acre lot on the golf course in the Southern Highlands.  For an asking price of $12 million, one might think they would do some landscaping .....

Many people in Enterprise feel like home values are just going to continue to increase like crazy.  But there are others who are fearful of what might happen as we emerge from the phony Plandemic to find out how many people have not been making their housing payments - rent or mortgages.  It could be that the market is flooded with huge numbers of foreclosures going into 2022.  We just don't know yet.

Still the same, interest rates are still super low and despite the real risk of inflation (mostly due to deficit spending by an untrustworthy government), housing payments can be very affordable.
